A certificate was never meant to be the finish line.
Every year, thousands of students graduate uncertain of who they are, what they were made to do, and unprepared for a world being reshaped by AI. Equipping The Student Initiative (ETSI) exists to close that gap—training, equipping, and deploying students through purpose discovery, AI education, leadership development, and mentorship.
